Frequently Asked Questions
ELECTRA is free to all CIGRE members, just sign in with your e-cigre.org account details, you will need to use the matching email address. If you are a member and do not have an e-cigre account, please choose the full subscription option and tick the member checkbox, the system will then recognise you and activate your access. You will need your membership number.
Subscribers can use visa, MasterCard or Paylib to pay.
You will be notified by the system when your subscription is expiring. Renewal is not automated; you will only be charged when you request a subscription.
All CIGRE members get ELECTRA for free. Follow this join link and fill out the application form on cigre.org. Once you have completed the form your local organisation will contact you to initiate your membership (this may take a few days). We are developing full automation for this process but in the meantime if you want instant access please subscribe.
