The details as to the Scopus registration and the current rating of CSE are given below:

“CIGRE Science and Engineering, ISSN:2426-1335”. The journal is active and indexed in Scopus.

In the upcoming October edition we have a mix of best of papers from conferences, working groups and authors.

The best papers cover topics of FACTS and HVDC grounding as well as use of AI in predictive maintenance.

The working group papers are especially important in that they cover a pertinent topic and are authored by experts globally.  The October edition boasts three working group papers covering Integration of large power electronic loads in power systems (very valid with the growth of data centres), short circuit withstand of transformers and life cycle assessment of transformers at end of life stage.  These papers are all based on the latest knowledge in the area and have direct practical benefit to readers.

The author based papers have all been thoroughly reviewed and revised.  The authors can rest assured that the papers can withstand any scrutiny globally.  The topics cover grounding systems, EMT modelling, digitization of substation and use of probabilistic design principles for substation bay design.

I would urge readers to reference articles published in CSE as these references are globally accepted.
